近年来,学术不端行为时有发生,其中不少是由于当事人不明了科研过程中应遵循的基本法则及各学科的专门法则而产生的。例如,生物医学研究中利用人体材料进行实验需要遵循《赫尔辛基宣言》等准则。开设一门讲述科研伦理及规范的课程能够帮助学生按照这些伦理及规范行事。
在本课程开设之前,复旦大学乃至整个中国大陆都没有专门的科研伦理和规范课程,而在美国,绝大多数高等教育机构已经将此类课程设为学位基础课。本课程的开设旨在填补这一空白,致力于让学生了解作为科研工作者如何规划自己的科研道路,遵循科研生涯中的基本伦理规范,真正成为富有创造力、诚实负责并以科研为乐的科研人员,同时了解在为人类文明进程作贡献的同时如何捍卫自己的智力成果。
This course is designed to discuss bioethics in life sciences research for Biology students who love science and aim to pursue a career in biological sciences. It also welcomes students from other disciplines who have an interest in this field. The course will focus on the methodologies and ethical standards that scientific researchers need to understand and adhere to. The goal is to help students maximize their limited time to become creative, morally sound, and passionate scientists. Additionally, the course will cover how to protect one's intellectual property while contributing to scientific advancement.
