课程概述

供应链管理不仅是一种新的管理理念,而且是一套以降低成本、增强竞争优势为目的的管理方法。本课程是一门研究从原料供应商、生产商、分销商直到零售商的整个供应链的设计、运作及管理的专业课,涉及到供应链管理的基础问题、供应链战略管理及运作管理三个层次的方法和技术。本课程从战略、计划与运作三个层次介绍供应链管理方法和技术,主要内容包括:供应链管理基本概念和重要观点、企业竞争战略与供应链战略匹配、供应链综合计划、供应链库存管理与控制、供应链定价与收益管理、供应链协调管理和供应链风险管理。

本课程以原版英文教材为基础,授课内容与国际接轨,主要采用双语教学,结合使用案例教学、任务驱动教学、线上+线下混合式教学等方法。授课团队教师均有留美访学经历,具有丰富教学经验。

通过本课程的学习,学员可以较深入地理解供应链管理的本质内涵,掌握供应链系统规划及管理决策的模型和方法,初步具备供应链系统设计、优化、决策的能力,具有一定的团队合作精神和创造性思维能力。
