About this course

  This course includes yoga, Pilates, and other relatively static body-controlling fitness content, as well as rhythmic and rhythmic sports such as Oriental dance, Latin dance, classical dance, Zumba, ghost step dance, and jazz dance. You can try various styles of fitness dance content in one course to get an interesting learning experience.

  The course contains 14 fitness dance mini-combinations. The teacher team has used a professional perspective to succinctly optimize and rationally compile each fitness dance technical essence and takes into account learners of different ages and genders. Objectives
