本课程是面向中国药科大学校内开设的SPOC(Small Private Online Course,小规模限制性在线课程)。课程以有机化合物的结构与功能为主线,主要包括绪论、烷烃和环烷烃、立体化学基础、烯烃、炔烃和二烯烃、芳烃、卤烃、醇酚醚、羰基化合物、羧酸和取代羧酸、羧酸衍生物、碳负离子的反应、有机含氮化合物、杂环化合物、糖类、萜类和甾体化合物等16个章节。根据药学及相关专业的特点,教学内容各有侧重。课程注重教学内容的更新,依据中国化学会《有机化合物命名原则2017》进行化合物命名的教学。

China Pharmaceutical University (CPU) was founded in 1936, which is one of the “211 project” key universities affiliated to the Ministry of Education of China and a national "double first-class" construction university. It is a pharmaceutical talent incubation base with a long history and high reputation in China. Organic chemistry is not only an important basic course of pharmacy and related majors, but also a bridge connecting chemistry and biology. In a sense, to learn this course well is to have the key to the palace of pharmacy.
This course is designed as a SPOC (small private online course) for the students of CPU. The course takes the structure and function of organic compounds as the main line, mainly including 16 chapters: introduction, alkanes and cycloalkanes, elementary stereochemistry, olefins, alkynes and dienes, aromatic hydrocarbons, halocarbons, alcohols, phenols and ethers, carbonyl compounds, carboxylic acids and substituted carboxylic acids, carboxylic acid derivatives, reactions of carbanion, organic nitrogen compounds, heterocyclic compounds, sugars, terpenes and steroids. According to the characteristics of pharmacy and related majors, the teaching contents have different emphases. The course focuses on the updating of content, and carries out the teaching of organic nomenclature according to the "Principles for Nomenclature of Organic Compounds 2017" published by the Chinese Chemical Society.

《有机化学》是化学的一个重要分支,着重研究有机化合物的结构、性质与反应。《有机化学》也是高等药学教育的一门重要专业基础课。本课程通过课堂讲授、答疑、习题等各个教学环节,使学生比较牢固地掌握有机化学的一些基本知识,基本理论和基本反应,对一些重要的有机反应机理有较好的理解,对有机化学发展的现状及其与药学的关系有所了解。

(3) 掌握几类典型反应机理和各种异构现象。

1. General aims
Organic chemistry is an important subdiscipline within chemistry involving the scientific study of the structure, properties, and reactions of organic compounds and organic materials, i.e., matter in its various forms that contain carbon atoms. Basic theories, reactions and some important mechanisms of reactions will be taught in this course. After the studying of this course, students should have fundamental knowledge for medicinal chemistry and other special disciplines.

本课程满分100分,由以下5部分构成:
1. 讨论(30%):
学生需要在“课堂交流区”中参加讨论,发帖和回帖的数量总共达6条及以上,才能获得满分。MOOC平台默认只有此部分的讨论才能计算成绩。学生可根据兴趣选择参与。
2. 单元测验(15%):
每次测验允许尝试5次,没有时间限制,分数选取最高分计入成绩。有机化学(一)共有9次单元测验。各章节成绩的加权分为最终得分。
3. 单元作业(习题)(15%):
作业采取学生互评的方式评分,有机化学(一)共有9次作业,作业互评个数为5个。系统默认互评下的学生作业成绩为作业各计分项去掉最小和最大值后的平均值之和,作业成绩与互评完成度相乘所得的分数为本部分的最终得分。
互评完成度的奖惩计分规则为,未参与互评的学生将给与所得分数的50%,未完成互评的学生将给与所得分数的80%,全部完成互评的学生将给与所得分数的100%。
4. 期中考试(20%):
期中考试包括50个单选题,需要在90分钟内完成,只允许尝试1次。
