课程概述

《动物微生物检验技术》是中国特色高水平畜牧兽医专业群的专业基础课程,共64学时,4学分。 落实立德树人根本任务,遵循职业教育技术技能人才成长规律,建立项目+任务+拓展”“岗课赛证融通课程结构模式。对接动物疫病防治等岗位群(岗),以智能化养殖场疫病防控综合性工作任务为整体,将教学内容整合为生产中的细菌病的实验室诊断(16学时)、病毒病的实验室诊断(16学时)、消毒与灭菌(8学时)、免疫防治(10学时)、免疫诊断(10学时)、生物制品及其应用(4学时)六个教学项目(课)。对接智能化养殖场岗位需求,引入动物疫病防控新方法、新技术、新规范,结合动物疫病检疫检验技能大赛等赛项标准(赛),参照兽医化验员等职业技能等级证书考核标准(证),融入思政、劳动和创新创业教育,将六个项目的教学内容重构为32个模块任务,分解岗位能力指标,细化模块化知识点151个、技能点44个。根据一带一路国家农牧企业人员培训等需求,增设大赛专项、课程思政、职教出海等3个拓展专项。挖掘课程思政元素,形成81个思政案例,有机融入课程内容,形成强农兴农、求真务实的课程思政主线。

"Animal Microbiological Examination Technology" is a basic professional course of high-level animal husbandry and veterinary professional group with Chinese characteristics, with a total of 64 hours and 4 credits. Implement the fundamental task of cultivating talents, follow the growth law of vocational education technical skills, and establish a "project + task + expansion" and "post course competition certificate" integrated course structure model. Docking post groups (posts) such as animal disease prevention and control, taking the comprehensive task of disease prevention and control in intelligent farms as a whole, The teaching content is integrated into six teaching projects (classes) : laboratory diagnosis of bacterial diseases in production (16 class hours), laboratory diagnosis of viral diseases (16 class hours), disinfection and sterilization (8 class hours), immune prevention and control (10 class hours), immune diagnosis (10 class hours), biological products and their application (4 class hours). To meet the job requirements of intelligent farms, introduce new methods, technologies and norms for animal disease prevention and control, combine the standards of animal disease quarantine and inspection skills competition (competition), refer to the assessment standards of vocational skill level certificates such as veterinary laboratory technicians, integrate ideological and political education, labor and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and restructure the teaching content of six projects into 32 module tasks. Decomposed post ability indicators, detailed 151 modular knowledge points, 44 skill points. According to the needs of personnel training of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises in the "Belt and Road" countries, three expansion projects, including contest special, curriculum ideological and political, and vocational education going to sea, have been added. Excavating the ideological and political elements of the course, forming 81 ideological and political cases, organically integrating into the course content, forming the main line of "strengthening agriculture and rejuvenating agriculture, seeking truth and pragmatism".

《动物微生物检验技术》课程依据专业人才培养方案拟定教学目标,要求学生学习后达到动物疫病防治员和动物检疫检验员高级工岗位需求和考核要求。

知识目标:

掌握细菌病、病毒病实验室诊断方法,消毒和灭菌的方法,免疫学理论知识,血清学试验、变态反应的类型及原理,兽用生物制品的种类、用途和使用注意事项。

能力目标:

1.能够利用信息化资源获取相关课程知识。

2.能根据实际病例设计动物细菌病、病毒病的实验室诊断方案,熟练操作相关实验室操作技能。

3.会对养殖环境微生物进行监测与消毒灭菌。

4.能应用免疫学理论指导传染病防治。

5.会用血清学试验或传染性变态反应进行传染病诊断、免疫监测、检疫。

6.会正确使用生物制品。

Master laboratory diagnostic methods of bacterial and viral diseases, methods of disinfection and sterilization, immunological theories, serological tests, types and principles of allergic reactions, types, uses and precautions of veterinary biological products.

2. Able to design laboratory diagnosis schemes for animal bacterial diseases and viral diseases according to actual cases, skilled in relevant laboratory operation skills.

3. Monitoring, disinfection and sterilization of microorganisms in the breeding environment.

4. Can apply immunological theory to guide the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
