实用英语演讲既是英语专业的一门专业核心课程又是非英语专业的一门公共素质课。课程以模块化形式进行实用英语演讲既是英语专业的一门专业核心课程又是非英语专业的一门公共素质课。课程以模块化形式进行设计，包含名篇赏析、演讲类型、演讲技巧、演讲措辞和演讲实操五大模块。我们遵循“实用为主，够用为度”的原则，将学生的学习需求与社会需求相结合，将英语语言能力培养与职业能力培养相结合、将课上教学与课下自主学习相结合、将线上网络学习与线下传统学习相结合。围绕职场需求选择教学内容，突出职业导向。引导学生学一点、掌握一点、会用一点，学以致用。
培养学习者涉外工作场景中英语实际运用能力，具体包括：
1）引导学习者了解涉外工作场景下英语演讲特点；
2）引导学习者掌握演讲稿撰写技巧和演讲技巧；
3）培养学习者有效开展英语演讲的能力；
4）培养学习者跨文化交际意识与能力；
5）培养学习者思辨能力。
知识目标
1）熟悉涉外职业环境下英语演讲语篇结构及句型;
2）了解并掌握英语演讲中音量、发声、音调、语速、停顿等言语表达技巧;
3）了解并掌握英语演讲中眼神交流、面部表情、手势、身体姿势、外表、麦克风等
非言语表达技巧;
4）了解并掌握英语演讲辞的反复、排比、头韵、对照等修辞技巧；
能力目标
1）能根据具体职业环境选用得体措辞、恰当句型以及合理语篇结构开展英语演
讲；
2）能遵循英语演讲的“intelligible、informative、interesting、interactive、
impressive”五“I”原则；
3）能熟练运用“Audience、Purpose、Topic、Style”英语演讲要旨指导演讲活动实
现有效演讲目的；
4) 能在涉外职业环境下运用得体语言和恰当的演讲技巧、自信、流利地开展英语
演讲，实现无障碍跨文化交际。
素质目标
通过本课程学习旨在培养学习者的英语语言的语篇表达能力、运用英语开展演讲的
能力、跨文化交际能力、思辨能力、领导素养和职业素养。
