课程概述
学术英语阅读是大学英语课程体系中的外延类课程。课程授课群体是有专业英语学习需要的本科高校所有专业学生。本课程的主要授课内容是学术英语阅读技巧和西方文化知识外延等。通过对学术英语阅读技巧的体系构建，可以使学生有能力阅读相关专业领域中的英文资料，以满足专业发展需要。同时，与自然领域、社会领域各个不同专业相关的基础人文、科学知识的外延讲解，也是本课程的一大亮点。
授课目标
基于切实的学术英语需求，本课程的教学目标分为三个维度：
认知目标：学生掌握学术英语基本词汇和阅读技巧、了解学术英语写作范式、锻炼英语表述能力；学生具备上纯英和双语课程的语言能力。
技能目标：学生实现Mooc学习平台的自主学习、熟悉思维导图引导下的学术信息归纳整理方法、实现公共英语表达；学生具备支持其终身学习的外语能力。
思辨与课程思政：批判式思维和课程思政让学生“学而思”，启发其良好的学术思维，形成积极正面的学术态度，形成更高阶的学术认知。
成绩 要求
