Welcome to Principles of Management. This course which is taught in English systematically introduces fundamentals of management. It is based on the management textbook written by Stephen Robbins, supplemented by many up-to-date practical cases, especially those from Chinese companies. If you are a business major student or anyone who are interested in management, I believe this course will give you all the benefits.

使学生全面了解管理学的基本理念、基本方法以及发展趋势,为深入掌握各门专业课打下坚实的基础,基本掌握从事组织管理工作所需的理论、方法和技术,具备一定的管理技能,能够胜任企事业单位管理岗位的工作。

成绩 要求

总评成绩=平时成绩*40%+期末考试成绩*60%

其中,平时成绩根据学生的视频学习时长、平时作业、线上线下讨论、小组案例分析等任务的完成情况综合评定。
