spContent=全球创新与创业(Global entrepreneurship and innovation)是南京邮电大学国际化进程中管理类的重点课程之一。旨在拓宽学生的视野、培养全球化的创业思维与技能。因为教学对象不仅有中国学生,还有国际学生,所以本课程的特色之一是跨文化的学习环境;通过国际学生的互动和创业项目交流,致力于培养学生的国际化视野、市场洞察能力、团队合作能力和问题解决能力,为成为一带一路国家的友好使者奠定扎实的创新创业基础。另一特色是课程强调真实项目驱动的行动学习法。课程设计上以实践教学为核心,通过完整的完成来自企业的实际创业项目,以及参观孵化器等多种实践形式增加对创业实践的认知。

课程概述

This course is designed to give an in-depth understanding on the impact of innovation & entrepreneurship on global competition, sources of, and the development of, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the general process of entrepreneurial initiatives including idea generation and screening, business model development, marketing, operations, and organizations & Team. The course also includes sessions on new venture financing and digital marketing which is helpful for the new venture to grow quickly in a competitive scenario. The course is a blend of theory and practice therefore this course does not require any prerequisite.

Class Discussion 20% 

(You can get full marks if you follow the teacher's questions more than 5 times in the classroom communication area.)

Unit test and assignments :10%

Final exam 50%

(online course examination will be conducted at the end of the term.)
