课程概述

Physics encompasses the large and the small, the old and the new. From the atom to galaxies, from electrical circuitry to aerodynamics, physics is very much a part of the world around us. University physics course aims to systematically lay the necessary physical foundation for students, make students have a systematic understanding and correct understanding of the basic concepts, basic theories, basic methods, history, current situation and frontier of physics.

The content in this semester includes:

1. Mechanics, including particle kinematics, particle dynamics, rigid body mechanics, vibration, wave and sound.

2. Optics, including geometric optics, light interference, diffraction and polarization.


Through this course, you may expect to

1. Cultivate the spirit of seeking truth, questioning and exploring, and stimulate the proudness of country, promote the mission of serving the country through science and technology.

2. Gain the ability to describe and apply physical concepts and principles such as mechanics, wave and optics.

3. Apply physical knowledge, establish physical models, analyze and solve practical problems.

4. Actively participate in discussions or express opinions, positively evaluate the viewpoints of others, and cultivate the ability of self-learning and peer learning.


物理学是整个自然科学和现代工程技术的基础,本课程旨在培养学生形成对物理学的基本概念、基本理论、基本方法及其历史、现状和前沿等方面比较系统的认识和正确的理解。

本课程的基本内容为:

1. 力学,包括质点运动学、质点动力学、刚体力学、振动、波动和声

2. 光学,包括几何光学,光的干涉,衍射及偏振


通过本课程的学习,学生将

1. 树立严谨踏实、开拓创新的科学观;激发科技报国的家国情怀与使命担当;

2. 能够描述和运用力学,波动,光学等物理概念和物理原理。

3. 能够运用物理知识,建立物理模型,分析和解决实际问题。

4. 能够积极参与讨论或发表观点,正面评价他人的观点,形成自主学习和同伴学习的能力。


成绩 要求

本课程采用百分制计分,由学习进度、单元测验、课程讨论和考试组成。

学习进度占10%,单元测验占40%,课程讨论占30%,考试占20%;其中课程讨论需在“课程交流区”发帖回复。
